WHO WE ARE ?

HLX, a subsidiary of the IEG Group, is a company specialising in transport and logistics, with over 60 years of experience.

Its expertise is rooted in a rich history that began in 1962 with the creation of SOSEA (Société de Services pour l’Europe et l’Afrique), a major player in the cotton, agri-industry, and logistics sectors.

In 2002, the acquisition of Taquey enabled the group to expand its expertise into transit and freight forwarding. This growth momentum continued in 2010 with the merger of the two companies under the name SOSEA.

In 2023, SOSEA joined forces with PAI to form IEG, an international group of experts.

Finally, in 2025, HLX was created as a subsidiary of the IEG group. It is specifically dedicated to transport and logistics.

Thanks to its expertise and dynamism, HLX has established itself as a specialist player in its markets, both in its areas of operation and in its destination markets.

Based in Sandouville, HLX has a network of agents spread across the globe and warehouses strategically located on different continents: Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the USA.
Its mission is to provide its partners with tailor-made, reliable and efficient logistics and transport solutions, adapted to the complexity of their needs and supply chains.
